Content

The school aims to discuss the recent result of Hacon, McKernan, and Xu on the finiteness of birational automorphisms of varieties of general type. There will be several warm-up courses and exercise classes given by Tommaso de Fernex, Daniel Greb, Andreas Höring, Stefan Kebekus, Alex Küronya, and Gianluca Pacienza, along with daily discussion sessions.

We will have special talks by James McKernan and a series of lectures by Chenyang Xu.
